DELIVERY WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

At Volcanic Chocolate we take great pride in the products we produce and the same care and attention to detail is applied to packaging and dispatching of your order to ensure it arrives at its destination in the pristine condition it left our premises.

DELIVERY CHARGES
 

FOR STANDARD/URBAN DELVIERIES

A flat fee of $15.00 nationwide applies or FREE DELIVERY (to one address) for orders over $100.00.
 

FOR RURAL DELIVERIES

1. Rural deliveries will incur an additional charge of $7.00 on top of the nationwide rate of $15.00, ie, total rural delivery cost would be $15.00 + $7.00 = $22.00. 

2. If you have a rural address, please select the "RURAL DELIVERY CHARGE" item from the online shop which will be added to your cart/order to cover this additional charge of $7.00.

3. For orders over $100.00 with a rural delivery, we will waive the nationwide rate of $15.00 (which will be automatically deducted at the checkout) but you will still be required to pay the additional rural charge of $7.00 which you should have added to your cart/order.

4. Failure to disclose a rural delivery address will delay your order being sent whilst we await payment in full.

PO BOX DELIVERIES

Please note that we cannot courier to PO boxes - please provide a physical address.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday so as to endeavour to deliver your order by Friday of that week upon confirmation of payment.

Orders sent outside these days may spend some time over the weekend in a courier depot with potentially unsatisfactory conditions for storage of perishable items.
North Island normally delivered in 1 – 2 days
South Island normally delivered in 2 – 4 days
Rural deliveries can take an additional 1 – 2 days longer
