Due to our products being perishable, we cannot accept returns on items under any circumstances.
Should you wish to change your mind about the order, orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer refund the order.
Should your products not arrive in the expected condition, please contact us immediately with photos of the products showing how they arrived so that we can review and take further action.
Should we deem that the products arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act and provide a replacement or credit for the damaged products within 7 days.
