Melissa Coppel's Bon Bon Master Class

Sande returned from Melbourne after having attended the Melissa's Bon Bon Master Class, run by Melissa Coppel Chocolate and Pastry School Las Vegas.

She also caught up with master chocolatier, Paul Kennedy of Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School, one of the chocolatiers that Paul and Sande trained under.
