Sande returned to the Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School, Australia (where both Paul and Sande trained) to visit with Kirsten Tibballs, the Director of the school and internationally recognised chocolatier and judge. Sande went to catch up on the latest trends and to purchase new moulds to expand on the chocolate range. Here's Sande and Kirsten (right) standing together in front of the extensive range of moulds that Savour stock. You may recognise Kirsten from the TV series “The Chocolate Queen” and she also sets the chocolate challenges on the popular TV programme "Australia Master Chef".
